Cheam Town FC was founded in 1997 by Charlie Turnbull; his vision was to build a club that would develop local boys into a competitive and successful team. After scouting schools, parks & local junior leagues he soon had nine talented players. The team instantly attracted interest from professional scouts & in their first season Charlie Turnbull Jnr. Was offered a two year contract with West Ham Utd. 
The squad was formed in the summer of 2004 in readiness for the 04/05 season & was managed & coached by Rob Pearce & Vince Kingman. Following the promotion of Cheam Town FC & the consequent need to strengthen in certain positions, trials were held & it was decided that a second squad would be formed. 
The 2003/04 season saw the formation of a new team playing at U-12 s.
This squad was under the management of Andy Maciel & Lee Summers.
For season 2004/05 an additional U-13s squad was added, which was
initially managed solely by Rob Pearce & once the season was under

We are currently seeking outfield players for our under 16s squads, current year 11, Players interested in joining should idealy be of WSYL Premier North/South and Elite and Epsom & Ewell premier standard.
